Have you posted this before, PP? That "statistic" and your whole post sound really familiar. I think you've said all this in other threads about cheating.

Please give the source of your "percentage" and the details for those "shockingly high rates" or your post is meaningless. If it's just something you heard sometime, somewhere, that's no more legit than just typing whatever's in your head. And please don't say, "Go look it up!" The onus is on the person making such a definitive assertion, to give us the source if there is one. Not saying you're lying; just saying, you can't toss around percentages and rates with no sources and no actual percentages or rates. Well, you can, but no one will give it any credit.[/quote]
