If you read the story, the man was in the apartment with his mother. Please tell me where in Montgomery County it's possible to avoid living near people who have mental health crises, parents, and access to guns.

Well, that's not what the police news release says, but if that's what he was doing, then yes, that is something that people experiencing mental health crises do. Which parts of Montgomery County don't have people experiencing mental health crises? I live a long way from Silver Spring, nowhere near any apartments, and a family member called the police again for another welfare check on one of my neighbors, just last week.[/quote]
