Yes, but driving is by far the most popular way of getting around, and it's the only method of transportation in Washington D.C. that transportation surveys show is becoming *more* popular. Fewer people are biking. Fewer are riding the subway. Fewer are taking the bus. Sorry but people are voting with their feet. [/quote]
