There's a culture difference in the women who comes as immigrants living off a different country's social security to live in a foreign country. Wierd thay you think this could possibly be what a young woman in DMV would be aspiring to do - marry a foreigner, get a different citizenship to entitle her for a dole, divorce, move back to the DMV and somehow stay on a foreign country's social security.
