This. We've bought 5 homes and are selling the 4th now. We sold one off market and paid a small commission to the buyer's agent. It was the least amount of work I've ever had to do selling a home. I didn't have to deal with the inevitable bs from a realtor who's supposed to represent me. I told the buyer's agent to keep everything via email and that really cut down on all the crap they try.

The title company does most of the work, and your lender if you get a mortgage. Once the buyer identifies the house, there's very little for the realtors to do.[/quote]
