They're required to do everything they can in the best interests of the seller to sell the house. Buyers agents should go away and sellers can pay the 1.5-2.5% to the sellers agent. This whole hourly fee for buyers agents nonsense is just a desperate attempt to keep the two-agent system cartel going.[/quote]
