Dear real estate agent. What a crock of shite! It is waaaaaaay that much money and most of them have nothing to do with the staging. The marketing takes very little effort and making return calls... what a joke.  Many don't make much money because there are too many agents and there are too many bad agents. You are such a fake.[/quote]
