[/quote] Op - the only day I managed to eat 1800 calories is when I had a cheat meal with two pieces of pizza. Other than that my highest day is 1588 calories. I think my biggest thing I am noticing with tracking my calories is that I need to get at least 100 grams of protein a day. If I do that I am not super hungry. If I don’t and have more carbs then I am hungry all day. Exercise for example yesterday was 18,000 steps and 30 minutes of weight lifting. [/quote]
