My kid got into 4 top 50 schools with 30 ACT, a 3.9 GPA and 3 AP classes. [/quote] Thank you for saying this. I posted up thread that I have seen many transcripts and students are getting into excellent colleges without top rigor. “Rigor” is a myth and it’s causing our kids so much stress. This may depend on school district and what the norm is, but in ours you do not need APs in all subject areas, you just don’t. [/quote]
