Oh come on! Anytime you put your hands on another person, unwarranted, it is considered assault. Hell, throwing water on a person is also considered assault.

Any reasonable person who feels threatened in public has a right to record what is happening. In fact, no one should have the reasonable expectation for privacy in a public forum. Anyone can record any person whenever and wherever they choose, no matter if the person “gives permission”. [/quote]
