Lots of stuff. Bottom line: he does NOT care about children. Zero. Even if he did, he’s not a leader. Doesn’t have what it takes. I have no idea how he was able to get hired as a principal. Before OA he was AP at Jackson Reed and the reviews from there are nothing to be impressed about. He must have friends in Central Office.

There really is too much to list but he's not going to be successful as a principal anywhere.  He is very polished and will present well in an interview, but that's where it ends.  He might be okay at a very low-performing school that needs someone to come in as a dictator and run all the teachers off for a clean slate... a school where any change would be welcome... but if that's not your school, steer clear.[/quote]
