The killer, José Antonio Ibarra, had a bench warrant for shoplifting that he failed to appear for.  "Minor"?  are you special pleader for him?

He entered the United States illegally also.  BTW, he was arrested in August of last year for endangering the welfare of a child.  Why was he here and why was he out walking around free?[/quote]

+1 He and his two brothers should never have been allowed to live in those apartments so close to university students. Laken paid a huge price and yet we're supposed to be offended by the use of the term "illegal immigrants." If they come here illegally, that term is appropriate.[/quote]
