I'm a teacher and in spite of all the openings, you still have to jump through so many hoops to even get an interview. You fill out all the paperwork online, and then it doesn't go anywhere. Principals have openings, and apparently don't have time to do interviews. It's a hot mess of incompetence and complacency. It's actually easier to take a long-term sub job and get hired from that than to come in from outside. [/quote]
