You are in the tiny cult that is still drinking the DEI koolaid and hanging onto it for dear life. Face it. DEI is on its way out. We’ve experienced it and it was a disaster. No one, even the POC, wants it. It’s divisive and devalues not only the people it’s supposed to help, but the organizations (work and school) that have embraced it.
