Consider therapy for your disordered relationship with food. There is a happy medium between restricting to carrot sticks and celery and shoveling your face full of junk food 24/7. [/quote] This is pretty much expected from a crowd that compares professional athletes to a 12 year old girl “athlete” (a designation that happens by purely showing interest). Next we will read about how this is a consequence of the food system and not something as simple as eating too much of the wrong things. [/quote]
