[/quote] The land that was sold didn’t have any homes on it and is closer to Shrevewood ES than Timber Lane ES. The Giant strip mall across from the land that was sold is still Fairfax County. I guess we would have to look at an old map to see for sure but, from the ground, the timber lane area is always an island because of the commercial area and major road between it and the rest of the McLean area.[/quote]
