I could kind of understand if this was like… a EXTREMELY selective public school.. but a private school? You have 0 protections. If they don’t get federal funding you don’t get any sort of special federal protections. If it was something clearly against the school’s published code of conduct and serious enough that it was either “leave or get counseled out”.
