You should be fine at any of those schools, but I would add UF to your list. Their president Ben Sasse had the best response of anyone to the pro-Hamas BS that has been roiling college campuses.
The Jews I know at UF hate DEI and LOVE Ron DeSantis. So factor that into your decision. If you are a committed Republican, you’ll enjoy it there.
The progressive far left, including the DEI crowd, is a hotbed of antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment now. You don't have to be a committed Republican to want to avoid them.
Anti-Semitism (which is ubiquitous on the political right and vanishingly rare on the left, with some notable, disgusting exceptions) is not the same as anti-Zionism. I’m a Jew who became anti-Zionist while attending Hebrew U in Jerusalem and studying at Eish ha Torah yeshiva. I was recently at dinner with a reform rabbi and a couple whose daughter is in rabbinical school. I was less critical of current Israeli policy than they were. My son, who is active in anti-occupation protests in California estimates that 60% of the students involved are Jewish. The Gush Emunim types here in the US constantly try to conflate opposition to settler colonialism with anti-Semitism, and they make us all less safe by doing so.
