I think that there is no rule that says I have to like every graduate of an Ivy League school.  And yes, Yale admits a lot of legacies.  So no, a degree from Yale does not guarantee intelligence, especially when your grades look like this:

I get it; it's just that many posters on this forum act as if getting into/graduating from an Ivy indicates a high level of intelligence. Not necessarily, although by no means do I think George Bush is stupid. I bet that if he were tested, his nonverbal/math skills are higher than verbal. Not an attorney type.[/quote]
