I regret what happend and hope this one off lapse in judgement on my part will not ruin my relationship w dd. I take full ownership for smacking her. Dont you have a regular lawyer, that handled your divorce, custody, etc.? That is who you need to be in touch with.  Your ex likely is trying to reverse your current custody agreement. Get to your regular lawyer
