I briefly set up one in the common playroom so I could get a better sense of how she was treating him when alone so that I could address appropriately with her if needed.  I’m not going to throw away a great nanny over a random virtual strangers comment, but I did need to verify that what I thought happened when I wasn’t around is what was actually happening [/quote]
