Lots of fun activities, a great summer camp program and   lots of new cool things opening like great Restaurants, a new small business incubator store, cool arts things and general fun. Several of the pools don't have a wait list or maybe a year list.  There is a park right behind Boulevard VI. There is a new townhouse, Stacked townhouse development going in just up the road from Boulevard VI, it's replacing old apartments and an ancient 1950's motel, could be another option, the only thing is it's being built by Pulte and I've had friends/relatives not happy with Pulte before.
