I made a choice to put burgers and fries in my mouth. Oh and I washed it down with a coke. I gained weight. I didn't blame anyone else but my fat ass (no literally - my fat ass). I stopped putting said burgers, fries, and cokes in said mouth and lost the fat ass. I knew that after having kids, sitting in a freaking chair for 11 hr work days, and dealing with some unpleasant life situations that my weight gain was MY fault and the SIMPLE solution was to stop eating unhealthy and start making exercise a priority again. It's all about choices. There are very, very few people that are overweight due to a medical issue. It's usually an excuse used by many to "excuse" their behavior so they don't have to blame themselves. OP - you can lose the weight if you really want to. Set your meal plan each week. Set some exercise routines up. And just do it. Enlist a buddy to motivate you to meet for walks and weight training. It doesn't have to be expensive or time consuming. You can do it!! [/quote]
