Yes it might be short sighted but when kids are thriving and love their friends and elementary school it is not just about being pragmatic. Some families are really invested in their elementary school community and it’s hard to leave. I know this is not the site for empathy but I’m sure you’ve made a ‘foolish’ decision in regards to your child because it made them happy and feel supported.[/quote]
