I'm 72 and look about 20 years younger. I've also had the receptionists at my doctor's office comment on my appearance versus my age. However, no one but your family will be happy about this for you. It tends to bring out extreme jealousy in others, because who wants to look old even if it's natural to do so? Old indicates decay, which does not look good. This is an anonymous board. You would think it would be okay to speak about this here, but no. Haters are gonna hate. I'm just waiting for people to tell me here, I'm delusional for thinking I look 20 years younger, but I actually do. I've moisturized my skin everyday since I was a teenager, my spouse was employed with GNC, so I've always taken lots of vitamins, minerals, and supplements, I own lots of anti-aging facial devices, though I rarely use them anymore. I eat a healthy low-carb diet with lots of whole grains, vegetables and low glycemic fruits, nuts and meats, seafood and poultry. Drink lots of water. I'm diabetic, it runs in my family. I need to exercise much more than I actually do. I've been married twice, both husbands died. I have no desire to date anymore, but in the past month I've had the following happen to me. Two male airline employees tried to hit on me. Three elderly men in an elevator fell all over themselves trying to escort me off of the elevator, and a man about 15 years my junior turned red and began to stutter when he talked to me. I've known for several years that he has a crush on me. I'm grateful I look youthful, but at this age I don't know what I'm really supposed to do with it. Not looking for a mate or husband. Finally, I am African-American and I have good genes. My mother also looked good for her age, though she was never into supplements, devices, healthy eating, etc. Okay haters come on.
This is your answer, OP.
