The leadership there is also horrible and inconsistent.  They keep changing directors and their general counsel, Hilary Hoffman, keeps trying to prevent their advisory group from advising the agency.  Completely ridiculous - MAYBE if she let them in, they could identify deficiencies so we could have an operational justice system. DFS is a joke just like Bowser.
