Not sure about other schools but at least a couple years ago, Colby and Grinnell required only the common app with no supplemental essays and no application fee. My kid applied to both because it required zero effort even though she had minimal interest in them. Ended up withdrawing her applications because she got in ED somewhere else [/quote]
