She thinks it’s an absurd system that her husband’s license can be suspended when they didn’t have notice of the underlying offense. I get that. [/quote] It's circumstanctial evidence that points to mental impairment and a character of massive entitlement not understanding or respecting traffic law (or common sense), which suggests a long history of violations, and likely ignoring the notifications of last ticket, or perhaps driving on a license with an invalid address.[/quote] Oh and OP said she doesn't know the difference between the Federal government and the state that issues a drivers license.[/quote]
