It was a 3-bedroom house that was occupied by THREE different families. I get it - times are tough - but jfc. The house had 5 cars plus a small commercial work truck and they usually parked it in the front yard. So lovely.

And just like OP stated, they trashed the outside. I mean, literally trashed it. They would haul in all kinds of rubbish and junk found on the side of the road and pile it outside next to the house. They didn't pay for trash removal and instead took it to the dump themselves, except they hardly ever did that. Instead we got 6 large trash bins of hot rotting garbage to smell during the warm months. We had SO many skunks in our neighborhood from their garbage. I have photos of a toilet they hauled home and sat out beside of their garage that sat for 5 months. Why??? WHY?!
