No, it’s not and most of these districts don’t contain “cities.”

And “defund the police” isn’t a literal thing. It just means demilitarize them. Spend more money on community policing.

But this notion of crime-riddled Warrenton or Culpeper or whatever is just a weird fantasy of bad faith Republicans running on fear-based messaging about phantom menaces. [/quote]
