As of today, ACDHS counts 183 homeless people in Arlington. They have over 214 shelter beds and half are not filled because homeless will not comply with rules to use them.  You can provide every service but people don't have to use them.  You can't coerce compiance.[/quote]

Yes, and it's not just this.  Mental health for everyone.  We cannot fix any problems unless mental health gets more than just lip service, everyone agrees that it is so important, but we are still just as bad as 20 years ago - no inpatient beds, no outpatient access, no resources, year-long waiting lists, unaffordable, or scattered/inconsistent.
