Probably because they're much more ubiquitous than either Wegman's or Whole Foods - not everyone can take the time to go out of there way, when stopping at Giant/Safeway is o the way home.  I adore Wegman's, but the closest one is a 25 minute drive, and the Instacart markup is high.  WF, meh.  Except for their cheese selection but frankly, the one at Aldi is nearly as good and much cheaper.[/quote]
