DH went to Temple and later to UPenn around that time. Never had any bad experiences, although one would occasionally hear of someone getting mugged, and it was normally an instructor. To answer OP's question, if the school campus is safe, and especially offers niche programs not easily replicated elsewhere, I would absolutely allow them to go.[/quote]
