Hilariously this actually happened to Taylor Swift. Her album 1989 was covered in its entirety by Ryan Adams, and all of the critics gushed about his  brilliance and how amazing it was that he could transform her music into something worthy. It just needed his perspective. Because of course it did! Go back and read some articles. It’s a trip.[/quote]

A 69 is pretty average for an album on Metacritic. 80 or above means the critics really like it.
