Correct and they were let off with a restraining order and the judge back then said he took pity on him. However i have known a 16 yr old girl a few yrs ago who said to all she was raped and it wasn't true. She didn't speak the day of and everything was fake and a lame attempt to get back at someone. After a certain amount of time there is no evidence and people only speak when it benefits them as adults or even a teens revenge in this case.[/quote]

He lost the court case so I guess there was enough evidence in the case being discussed here and the judge correctly labeled him a rapist.
