There are examples of billionaires who should be giving back a lot more. (Not high incomes, billionaires).    Russian oligarchs should have given back the money they stole from the former communist citizens, maybe they’d be more peaceful.   The Ukrainian leaders were just as bad.   Billionaires in this country pay about 1% in federal taxes so there’s a bit of hoarding there.  Don’t worry, the odds of anyone here becoming a billionaire is slim to none. [/quote]
