I’ve never heard that term used at Eastern.[/quote] It’s a phrase sometimes used by the school to refer to the non-magnet program. Sometimes they say “comprehensive program” instead.[/quote] No one at the school uses those terms. It's referenced somewhere on the school site on some pages that probably came from the 1990s.[/quote]
