Boomers are dying off and GenZ won't be voting for anything other than liberals and progressives for at least 20 years.
Young people don't vote.
2020 and 2022 say hold my edible.
Exactly. Young people vote now bc republicans are handing guns to unstable freak shows to blow up classrooms and killing young women who want abortions. So thanks to republicans, the young are voting!
School shootings have been happening at least since I was a kid in the 70s and 80s and — except no one cared because it was a a major US city.
no, mass school shootings weren't a thing in the 70s, 80s. I was born in 1970. We didn't have any shooter drills like my kids do today. It's awful for them. They had to go on a real lockdown once, and my DD and her friends were so scared and cried. I f*n hate it. I hate the gun nutters and amosexuals. I don't like the uber progressives, but we all have to pick what's the most important thing to us. For many younger people who live in hcol, high taxes are probably hitting them hard. They aren't able to buy homes; they're saddled with student loan debts; childcare costs are through the roof. It's gotta be hard. IMO, that is probably what is driving some millennials more to the right. However, it's not hard right, especially when it comes to the right of a woman to control her own health, so some of you Rs are counting your chickens before they're hatched. -former R
