You unenroll your child.
MCPS says ok.
You try to reenroll your child at Blair.
MCPS says no, that's not how it works, your child will be enrolled at the previously-assigned DCC school (not Blair).

If the previously assigned DCC school wasn’t their base school (before they moved) then I doubt they’d be automatically assigned there. [/quote]
