[/quote] My dd is at Wisconsin- "double Badger" with her bachelor's in '21 and now just finished up her master's. She was there for the 'polar vortex' (January 2019 IIRC). The university definitely cancelled classes for those few days. I believe DD said the cutoff is usually -35 with windchill for classes to be canceled. There were several snow-related closures during her time as well. [/quote]
