The FBI is now admitting they have been aware from the beginning the laptop belonged to HB and they lied to social media and media media about it being “russian disinformation.”

Go back through the thread, numerous sources and citations have been given regarding the potential issues with the laptop.

Other groups who did forensic analysis on what was represented to them as images of the laptop drive found clear signs that files were added, files were altered, items were deleted, et cetera.

If the drive image is truly identical, as drive images are supposed to be - then there is an issue with the laptop in the FBI's possession.  However, it may also be the case that an identical image was made but then the image was altered afterward.  And if so, when and by who and for what purpose?[/quote]
