[/quote] +1 you definitely don’t know what your job is and honestly, since you started, I’m less and less sure what mine is. Catering to certain aggressive clients isn’t going to make the rest like you, and it’s definitely not going to win the staff over. If you keep creating more services that are exclusively the responsibility of the rest of the staff, you can’t be surprised when we are overwhelmed. It also (again) doesn’t make the clients like you. They’re loyal to us and notice that we’re more overwhelmed than we’ve ever been. I hope the board holds you accountable [/quote]
