North End VA beach properties are very quiet because you have 1st Landing state park to west and ocean to east.
Very little on-street parking means limited access to ocean especially at night unless you have a house there.
Its a very thin strip of houses north of 63rd street up to 80s streets.
Just ocean block to east and a block and 1/2 other side of Atlantic Ave.
My house is a few houses to cross over with a huge deck and 5 bedrooms, 3 have king size beds.
I usually book repeat tenants that mostly book "their week" for next year very early.[/quote]
