I tip well at restaurants with good service. I find myself avoiding places that prompt for tip. Which is what happened to me yesterday - I was promoted to tip $5 on a $17 bottle of olive oil by an employee that was on the phone with their boyfriend or girlfriend. It was easy to select no tip.
