A traitor is a traitor regardless of whether the legal system deems it so or not.  It is the action of the traitor, not the adjudication that makes someone a traitor.

Trump is a traitor.  J6 and his many attempts to overturn the 2020 election and install himself as President against the will of the people and the laws of the U.S. proves it.[/quote]

Here is your definition of a traitor:
1 one who betrays another's trust or is false to an obligation or duty
2 one who commits treason

Did he break the trust of his voters? No. And those who did not vote for him never trusted him in the first place. As to the second definition, treason is a crime, the same as rape. You cannot call someone a rapist until it is proven in court beyond reasonable doubts. [/quote]
A rapist is caught on video tape clearly raping someone.
The videotape is forensically shown to be unaltered and valid.
The videotape is deemed inadmissible because needed permission was not obtained before placing a camera in that location.
Evidence is tossed and rapist is not convicted.
Rapist is a rapist despite what the court says.
He is not a rapist convicted by a court of law but he is a rapist everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
