Appears and have tried are not a legal standard. So, from a legal standpoint, he is not a traitor. But it will not stop people from calling him names when they have nothing else.[/quote]
A traitor is a traitor regardless of whether the legal system deems it so or not.  It is the action of the traitor, not the adjudication that makes someone a traitor.

Trump is a traitor.  J6 and his many attempts to overturn the 2020 election and install himself as President against the will of the people and the laws of the U.S. proves it.[/quote]
Jack Smith will prove Trump is a traitor shortly.  Robert Mueller was unable to do it as he aged into senility while Trump was President.  Smith will crush this cancer in our country.[/quote]
