You do you though[/quote] I was a country club waitress in college. Scrambled eggs were the most common breakfast eggs by a mile. A lot of people have an aversion to yolks. A "fried egg" is generally nearly cooked through, with little in any runny yolk. Over easy, sunny side up, and poached (including eggs bene) were popular but scrambled were likely more popular than all of them combined.[/quote]
