Funny... how many video clips have been posted here and *immediately* been taken at face value by outraged LWNJs - while the rest of us ask them to please wait until all the facts come out?  Too many to count.  Yet, here we are waiting, and NO other facts have come out.  This guy was arrested for his speech.  Period.  Not one of you can defend this, which is why no one has attempted to. Was the guy actually booked? Or is this a case where he was handcuffed and the cops talked to him, but ultimately allowed to leave? What was the guy charged with?[/quote]

This is such BS - the police are claiming he was arrested because of his "volume," not because of what he was saying.  Please.  How much volume do liberal protesters put out???  Unreal.  By those standards, we should be arresting everyone who participates in marches.

"He was not arrested for reading a bible verse," a police spokesperson told the outlet. "He was arrested for being disorderly. His volume was at a level that he was heckling a preplanned and permitted event. He was given an area he was allowed to protest in, and was asked to keep volume at a level that was not problematic or that was inciting public inconvenience."
