She is doing the driving, having sex with you, cleaning up after herself, and presumably you enjoy her company and care about her. You seriously want her to give you free housekeeping too? Do you also want her to do your plumbing, cut your lawn, wash your car, give you tennis lessons, etc.? you can pay people to do all that stuff, which is what successful and normal people do! But your question does make me think of an interesting business model - I wonder if there are escorts or fetish providers that would bundle their services with housekeeping?
