I would skip SAturdays as a normal day off, btu I typically now also skip sundays.  I wouldn't go to work 2 days without showering, but no one would ever suspect.

On super hot days if I'm running around a lot (I mean seriously:  it's not like I'm doing manual labor in the fields, I work in an air conditioned office for pete's sake), I may take a quick shower.  I have longish, full hair, so it's a pain to wash.

I think this excessive showering is really weird, and a bit obsessive.  People need to live in their environment, you know, not remove themselves from it.

And good gravy, no we don't have bed bugs, nor am I in immediate danger of catching flesh eating bacteria.  Quite honestly, I bet we're a lot healthier than you all (in terms of allergies, etc).  I think modern life and a fixation on cleanliness is detrimental to our immune systems, to be honest with you. [/quote]
